Not to mention there Lakewood is a hop, skip and jump from several world class golf courses as well as two reservoirs that offer great fishing if you would like to bring your significant other along!

All of the instructors will be offering 2 one-day workshops (Monday and Thursday and a 2-day workshop on Tuesday/ Wednesday. This extra time with each instructor gives each student the opportunity to really get a grasp of the technique and information.

Registration is by mail only, and classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis only. No email or faxed registrations will be accepted. Fed Ex, Express Mail or Overnight UPS is okay and suggested if you have your heart set on a particular class, but not a guarantee that you will succeed - just a suggestion.

$1350.00 for the full 4 days, includes all classes, lectures, evening activities and 4 nights lodging and 11 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday- Wednesday and breakfast and lunch Thursday) during your stay at the Qwest Learning and Conference Center, in a single student occupancy room

Spouse "fees": $50 to share your room for 4 days of the conference, $7/day for breakfast, $10/day for lunch and $20/day for dinner. Tickets for meals must be purchased ahead for time so that enough food will be prepared.

Full Conference Registration Form

Conference activities are open to registered students only. An extra fee will be assessed if guests want to partake of afternoon lectures ($25 per lecture), or evening events ($25 for Opening reception), and ($20 for Closing reception).

Registration for conference opens March 6, 2007 and closes August 15, 2007.
But sign up early to be assured you get the classes you want!

Registration Policy & Information

Registration will begin on March 6, 2007. To insure that everyone has a fair opportunity to take their preferred classes, we have developed the following registration procedure: All mail will be sent to Laramie, Wyoming. Please do not mail your registration and deposit before March 6, 2007. If the envelope is postmarked prior to March 6th, the number of days early will be added to March 7th, and your registration will be placed at the bottom of the pile for that day's delivery. (i.e., if the envelope is postmarked March 2 (4 days early), the envelope will be put on the bottom of March 11 mail delivery). If you decide to use a carrier other than USPS to send in your registration, please email us at hhmqc@earthlink.net for a street mailing address and please have the signature requirement waived as there may not always be someone available to sign for your registrations.

Please sign up for a different teacher for each of the three classes. Registrations with a single teacher for all three classes will be given only one day with that teacher and the second and third choices (based on class availability) will be assigned for the other days, to give other students an equal opportunity to enroll in those classes. This not only helps with registration, but gives you, the student, a wider variety of perspectives and teaching techniques to learn from. While there may be classes that have similar write ups or descriptions and titles, each classes is unique in form and content and specifically selected to give even advanced students opportunities to learn new techniques.

Payment Policy

A deposit check** in the amount of $515.00 is due with the registration form, which includes the $15.00 non-refundable registration fee.

** At present we are unable to accept credit cards for payment of registration, however if this should change prior to March 2007 we will update this page.

Payment in full of any remaining balance must be made in full by July 16, 2007 postmark. While classes may be open after that date, early registration helps avoid disappointment. We regret that we cannot accept credit cards, emailed, or faxed registrations.

Day- Student Registration

Registration for students wishing or able to attend only one or two of the classes offered at this year conference begins on June 1, 2007. (You may not sign up as a day student for all 4 days of the conference, you will need to select either the no hotel with or without meals option if you are considering attending the conference for all 4 days).

There are two options for day students one to include lunch at the Qwest Center's cafe and the other without lunch.

Option 1: Lunch Included: One-day classes will be $125.00 and two-day classes $250.00,- this includes the day use fee of the facilities at the Qwest Center as well as lunch in the cafe. There is an additional fee of $25.00 if you would like to attend the after lunch lectures on either Monday or Thursday.

Option 2: Lunch NOT Included: One-day classes will be $100.00 and two-day classes $200.00,- this includes the day use fee of the facilities at the Qwest Center. There is an additional fee of $25.00 if you would like to attend the after lunch lectures on either Monday or Thursday.

Registration must be paid in full at the time of enrollment and must include the $15.00 non-refundable registration fee. Please fill out the Day Student Registration form. If you will need a room at the hotel, then please also fill out the hotel registration page of the entry form, so we can make those reservations for you.

    70 – 41 days before conference - $1050.00 (75%)

Travel Information

The closest major airport is Denver International Airport, 60 minutes from Lakewood, Colorado. Boulder is 45 minutes away and Ft. Collins is 65 minutes away.

If you are flying in, there are shuttle services available that transport to and from the Qwest Learning Center . Information will be sent in your registration packet. Because of the incredible scenery and area, a rental car would be the perfect situation to take full advantage of your free time.
